No risk, free trial

You are free to try any plan with no risk. If you find it’s not for you you are free to cancel within the first week (max. 10 hours) with no charge.

Part of what differentiates us from other online personal assistant companies is our quality control, and our desire to work with you as a trusted partner or team member.

It is our goal to get to know how you work and what you expect from us, since everyone is a little bit different. Sometimes this process can take a little time, which is why we promise that if you’re not completely satisfied with the first ten hours of work done, you’ll pay nothing, with no commitment to continue if you do not want to.

During those first few tasks we hope to have identified any problems and have worked with you to resolve them. Sometimes this involves asking your indulgence for a little while whilst we get up to speed with some of the details of your field - acquaintance with terminology, or the geography of an area for example.

How to determine your needs

The most popular plan is the Premium, but if you’re unsure the easiest way is to just start on the new pay as you go plan, and take a subscription later.

You might also like to look at our guide to help you write tasks. Write out the tasks you’d like done, and work out how long you’d like spent on them. This can be either how much the task is worth to you, or based on how long you think it will take. Once you’ve done a few of these, mindful of the fact it’s someone else doing it so there may be some additional one-off learning or contextualisation time, you’ll have a better idea of how much time you’ll require and can choose the best plan for you.
