You’re quite expensive…
… but we are also very good! We’re not the cheapest because we believe you’ll prefer to work with intelligent and pro-active assistants who are more experienced, more versatile, and ultimately more efficient at understanding and delivering. You’ll find that our assistants will grasp ideas quickly, can competently and resourcefully take initiative, and have the discipline to pursue longer task diligently.
Where are the personal assistants based?
In Argentina. Though most of our assistants are actually from the USA, Canada, or New Zealand, and just like living over there!
To ensure your tasks are easily assigned and comprehended, it is important that cultural similarity, PA intelligence, and business experience are present in abundance; otherwise you spend a frustrating time explaining too many concepts in order to get things done.
The Argentinians, what few we have, have excellent education, a European outlook (it is often joked locally that they wish to be part of the EU), and long history of having a developed economy.
What about the time difference?
Generally not a problem, since the PAs all get up early, meaning we’re at full capacity by about 11am UK time, but with cover from 8am.
The 4 hour time difference has the advantage of being later than the UK, meaning many tasks are often performed over night and ready for you in the morning.
Is their English good enough to do client emails and phone calls?
All personal assistants are fluent in English - it is most often their first language - and will happily make phone calls for you. If you require a lot of calls to mobile phones there may be a small additional fee. Calls to landlines worldwide are included.
Can I give them an email address to send mail on behalf of my company?
Absolutely. Just let your assistant know what details to use and they can operate as if a part of your company.
Is it safe to give my PA my credit card details?
Whilst all of our personal assistants are trustworthy and honest, it is company policy not to make purchases for clients since it is a breach of the terms of use of your cards and accounts.
You can make transactions in only a few minutes once we furnish you with all the details you need (links, reservation numbers, phone numbers, product names, account logins etc.) whilst simultaneously ensuring your peace of mind and keeping your details safe.
Is my information confidential?
We treat all your information as confidential. All personal assistants are bound by worldwide non-disclosure agreement.
What recourse do I have if the information given is wrong or missing?
Most information is researched online and so it is possible that we relay errors unintentionally.
Similarly we make no guarantee that our research will cover 100% of information, merely the best that we can find in the time available.
